Top model Jade collects her new Peugeot RCZ

JADE Thompson has collected her new RCZ Sports Coupe after winning the Britain & Ireland’s Next Top Model competition.
She arrived at Peugeot UK’s Coventry HQ to collect her prize.
20-year-old Jade is a former insurance adviser and stands out from the crowd with her natural look and her red hair and freckles, while the Peugeot RCZ is just as noteworth for its ‘double-bubble’ roofline and curvaceous bodywork.
Jade, from Stoke-on-Trent, was very excited about receiving the keys to the RCZ. She said: “This car is amazing and just what I have always wanted. I love the distinctive double-bubble roof the most, and I just love those curves. I chose black because to me it is perfect – shiny and sleek.”
Elle Macpherson who hosted the competition said they chose Jade as the winner because the show is about finding a special kind of beauty.  A unique modern kind of beauty… and that is what Jade is.
Speaking after her victory, the young model from Stoke-on-Trent said: “I can’t believe it. I’m so happy. I’m numb. I didn’t even cry at first. I just feel like all the hard work I’ve put into it… it’s paid off.”
Judges Julien Macdonald said he thought Jade Thompson would become an “amazing superstar”, while Charley Speed described her as “fierce”, “fun” and “intelligent”.
Fellow judge Grace Woodward added: “Jade is like her name, she’s a rare and precious stone.”
