Book your place in famous Ducati Stands
AS MotoGP fans get all revved up for the 2012 season, starting in Qatar on April 8, Ducati has announced that tickets for their famous Ducati Grandstands are going on sale.
So you can show your support for the team and its riders Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden, who will be using Desmosedici GP12 machines.
The stands have been helping lovers of two-wheeled racing add a bit of passion into MotoGP since 2003. Following the Qatar race, the series moves to Europe, with Ducati offering tickets in a 500-seat grandstand at Jerez, Spain, on April 29.
This is the first of five European-based events before teams and riders fly over the pond to the US for rounds in Laguna Seca and Indianopolis, before returning to Europe for Brno, Misano and Aragon.
Fans in the Pacific region will not be missing out as the Italian marque will also have grandstands at Motegi, Sepang and Phillip Island before coming back to Europe for the season finale in Valencia.
Ticket-holders will not only gain one of the best viewpoints on the racetrack, but also at some circuits may enjoy the additional benefits of reserved bike parking and secure storage in which riding gear can be checked-in.
Ducati offer fans the opportunity to experience the thrill of a live Grand Prix and the chance to “paint the world’s most famous racetracks red” with the usual “choreographed entertainment” which, at the Italian events, will be organised by the Desmodromiclub of Rome and supported by Ducati Grandstand event partners, Motorvalley (the Emilia Romagna Region) and Grani & Partners.
Information on Ducati Grandstands and ticket purchase details are constantly updated on the official Ducati website www.ducati.com/ducati_grandstands.do .Details of the UK Grandstand at Silverstone will be announced shortly and information will found on www.ducatiuk.com
